We are currently looking for a Bilingual Industrial Engineer to join our growing, progressive, and collaborative work environment. The Industrial Engineer’s responsibility is to support the research and establishment of root causes analysis and the development of an Operations Management System with guidance from Operations and Quality Control. Qualified candidates MUST be bilingual and speak both English and Spanish. This position will require the candidate to work on-site in the Farmingdale, Long Island headquarters office..

Responsibilities
- Supporting the research and establishment of root causes and jointly develops corrective action plans for quality defects.
- Ensuring products conform to established company requirements and specifications.
- Documenting and following up on corrective actions.
- Support and development of Quality System with guidance from Operation and QC
- Monitoring and communicating with managers and/or customers (as required) relative to filed product issues.
- Monitoring and supporting collection and presentation of critical quality data.
- Review manufacturing processes to ensure correct information and production flow, as well as optimization of the production schedule to meet the customer demand.
- Eliminate or reduce waste in production and related processes.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- BS in Engineering or similar technical background preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Manufacturing and Music industry experience preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
The base salary range for this role would be commensurate with experience: $70k-$80k per year
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
