The Director of Critical Care is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the Critical Care Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role oversees all clinical and administrative functions, including staffing, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives. The Director collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, optimize workflows, and maintain adherence to hospital policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
This is a 294 bed acute care hospital located in Wilson, North Carolina.
To qualify for this position, we will require:
1. RN license
2. Five years acute/critical care experience
3. Bachelor’s Degree
4. Proven ability to drive quality improvements that foster excellence
Annual income will range to $122,000 and a signing bonus is provided.
