Job Description
We are looking for a confident, motivated individual who is able to handle a fast paced environment of answering phones for new and existing customers. Candidate should be ambitious and eager to learn, have a great phone presence, with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
This position is comprised of 60% general administrative work and 40% inside phone sales.
Responsibilities
· Process orders, tracking orders, data entry, and ensuring the customer gets the proper product
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
-Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
Requirements
· Highly motivated and target driven
· Excellent persuasion, communication and negotiation skills
· Bilingual speakers preferred, but not required
· Prioritization, precision, time management and organizational skills
· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
· Solves problems effectively
· Works well in a team setting
