At D-BAT - Our mission is to develop meaningful relationships with each of our customers and community at large through intentional player development and service. The front desk customer service associate is responsible for ensuring that D-BAT Middleburg provides our clients with a state of the art baseball and softball facility where they can cultivate their skills and passion for the game. An ideal candidate will be personable, exhibit strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and good organizational skills. The front desk customer service associate will not be required to provide instructional lessons to customer athletes, but is expected to maintain and demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of both baseball and softball.
Some specific responsibilities include the following:
- Greeting guests and providing them with superb customer service
Answering all client questions and incoming calls
- Scheduling camps, clinics, lessons, and cage rentals
- Providing simple maintenance of pitching machines when needed
Maintaining general cleanliness of pro shop, parent lounge, party room and facility Selling products, services, and memberships
- Following policies and procedures
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 22 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
