We're looking for an Area Director of Revenue to lead the revenue strategies for luxury hotels in Grand Cayman. Your mission is to boost revenue, work closely with sales and catering teams, and hit those budget goals. You can work from Cayman or remotely in the U.S. with monthly travel.
What You'll Do:
- Create and implement revenue plans based on demand analysis and yield management.
- Maximize profits by leading a team and using revenue optimization tools.
- Collaborate with sales on forecasting, pricing, and promotions.
- Analyze market data to inform pricing strategies.
- Manage rates and promotions to increase bookings.
- Provide regular reports on occupancy and revenue metrics.
- Help with annual budgeting and marketing plans.
- Adjust strategies based on demand trends.
- Build relationships with vendors and distribution partners.
- Stay updated on the latest revenue management tech and trends.
What You Need:
- 6 years in revenue management for luxury resorts, ideally in the Caribbean.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven success in exceeding revenue targets through data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with revenue optimization systems like IDeaS and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Advanced MS Office skills and a knack for tech.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting data and solving problems.
- Flexibility to work various schedules, including nights and weekends.
- A passion for improving guest and employee experiences.
Salary : $170,000 - $185,000
