Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of construction operations. The Construction Coordinator will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all project requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Assist in the preparation of the job site ensuring flagging the project.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients to address any issues or changes in project scope.
- Maintain organized records of project documentation including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
- Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or project coordination is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
