Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Candidate should be well versed in all directional drill daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes, enabling them to manage crews effectively while maintaining project timelines and budgets. Ability to fill in on drill or locator if person is out sick or on vacation. Pay starts at $33 to $35 with a 90- day review.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.

- Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a positive work environment.
