Core responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing inquiries
- Greeting visitors
- Handling email correspondence
- Maintaining filing systems and data entry
- Scanning, copying & preparing training materials & other publications
- Ordering office supplies
- Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual required
- Previous administrative assistant experience preferred
- Previous experience in construction industry a plus
