Schedule: As our full-time Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll enjoy a steady Monday through Friday schedule, working 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in our Vancouver office. Say goodbye to weekend shifts and hello to a predictable work-life balance.

YOUR DAY AS AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
Each day, you'll dive into the details, processing invoices to ensure every payment is accurate and compliant with company policies. You'll review and match invoices with purchase orders, verify vendor information, and enter critical data into QuickBooks with precision. Vendor relationships will thrive under your care as you reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies. As the day progresses, you'll prepare and issue checks, ensuring vendors are paid promptly and accurately. Your work will be the backbone of maintaining the financial integrity and smooth operation of our business! You'll provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Construction team and/or other assigned leadership staff and assist with Construction billing and collections.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Experience in job costing and efficient processes
At least ten years of related experience is preferred but not required.
