All that you need is :
- 5 years of management experience
- 2 years of experience with UPC codes.
- In-depth knowledge of Oregon and Washington plumbing codes with a CCB / RMI certification OR the ability to attain one
- Knowledge of the flat-rate pricing system
- Proficiency with computers, typing, modern mobile devices, and various Microsoft applications
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders or stairs
- Punctuality, motivation to succeed, and a positive, professional attitude

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR ASSISTANT SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER?
In this position, your primary goals are to optimize our technicians' daily operations, ensure efficient communication between staff members, and drive revenue. You lead a team of field techs and support staff, making sure they complete all jobs according to local laws, quality standards, and safety policies. As you delegate tasks and provide on-site supervision, you make note of any weak points and devise training to advise staff in those areas.
You oversee projects from dispatch to completion, making sure every step is completed accurately and promptly. When appropriate, you help out with tasks such as estimating, pricing, hiring, and after-hours field support. Motivated to drive revenue, you help inspire and train staff on how to convert leads into booked appointments. Your efforts ensure we complete quality work and that our customers are totally satisfied!
