We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to join our team at D.F. Pray General Contractors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Team Supervision: Supervise site personnel, including craft employees and contractors.
- Safety and Quality: Ensure adherence to company safety policies and quality standards.
- Communication: Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on multi-family housing.
- Licenses and Certifications: Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license.
- Skills: Procore Project Management software, scheduling and job costing software, Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, Solid Works, Inventor.
