Budtender Responsibilities
· Greeting customers (introducing yourself)
· Checking ID and confirming legal age limit
· Signing customers up for loyalty rewards program and explaining the details
· Building your orders
· Verifying online orders are correct before following through with payment
· Answering customer questions
· Building positive relationships with customers
· Up to date on product specials
· Product knowledge
· Cash responsibility (retrieve and return accurate amounts)
· Confirming order totals before payment is processed (loyalty points, discounts)
· Deescalating product confusion on the floor
· Navigating the Flowhub App on the iPad to efficiently build orders
· Handling a difficult customer before asking a manager to step in
· Staying up to date on our menu and products we carry
· Quality customer service
· Complete end of night cleaning list
· Following all MRA & CDC (covid-19) regulations/ standards
· Search for cars that may have been skipped
· Utilize down time to complete daily cleaning tasks
Being vigilant of parking lot and customers
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
