D.H. Charles Engineering is one of the nation's leading construction-engineering firms, working within all 50 states, Canada and a handful of other countries. We are looking to add an experienced General Office Administrative professional to our growing and very talented team.
We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a wide range of skills and willingness to learn and grow with the company. The candidate should be motivated and sharp with the ability to perform at the highest level while maintaining professionalism, composure and a sense of humor.
General clerical duties :
Professionally answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, with the ability to take accurate messages. Filing, data entry, ordering / stocking office supplies, errands, sort mail, invoicing, fed-ex send outs, contract review, request insurance documents, travel arrangements. Assisting other staff members with daily tasks and special projects. Keeping office clean and organized.
Computer Skills :
Experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and working on a network. Adobe Illustrator / InDesign and QuickBooks a plus. Willingness to learn new programs if needed.
This position requires flexibility, accurateness, teamwork, the ability to follow direction, excellent communication skills and able to multi-task.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, with a full benefits package.
Salary $28-33 / hour DOE.
