What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Commercial Sales Representative-Loading Dock Specialist position at D.H. Pace Company, Inc.?
Ameridock, a DH Pace Company Inc aspires to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Atlanta, Georgia to develop relationships with existing customers and aggressively seek and secure new customers through prospecting activities to sell loading dock equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of loading dock equipment and related door products and services
- Cultivate sales with assigned contractor accounts, commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Atlanta and surrounding areas
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
- Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum three years outside sales experience
- Experience with Blue Prints/Plans and Specs highly desired
- Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
