DH Pace Company, Inc., located in Houston, Texas will hire Sales Manager to represent our Entry Door Division for our commercial line of business. You will have the opportunity to sell the following doors and door related products: Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Wood Doors, Specialty Doors, Door Hardware, and Electrical Hardware. Position Overview:
You will have the opportunity to directly impact sales by cultivating new customers and fostering long-term relationships in Houston and surrounding areas.
- Call on commercial general contractors to professionally present our commercial entry door product lines in an effort to build regional sales
- Develop scope of work for each proposal and personally handle initial call to closing the sale; must be proficient with Windows based programs and sales tools
- Work with remotely located estimators
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
- Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) daily
- Up to 25% travel required. Will be selling in the State of Texas
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prefer a minimum three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on business to business – ideally calling on commercial accounts selling new construction to contractors
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred
- Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
