Full time Administrative Assistant/Contract Administrator position available for established General Contractor in Chico.
Administrative Assistant duties include:
- Open and distribute mail
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Physical and electronic filing
- Data entry
- Lien release management
- Update company website
Contract Admininstrator duties include:
- Send, collect, and record project start up documentation
- Follow up with subcontractors to ensure up to date compliance
- Provide administrative support to the project management team
Previous construction experience not required. We are looking for someone with a good attitude who can be trained.
Job Type: Full-time
