Office Manager – Fuel Services – Manhattan, KS
Double Check Company, a division of D&H United Fueling Solutions, a leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for an energetic and hardworking Office Manager in Manhattan, KS to assist in the flow of processes within the company to ensure the business moves forward on a daily basis. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager and works closely with the management and service teams.

· Compensation – starting at $19/hour; hourly pay can go up based on years of relevant experience

What You Will Do
· Create, manage, and report projects and customer needs in ERP software (Navision)
· Manage invoicing, warranties, deposits, and project commissions
· Support Accounting Team internally
· Assist with scheduling and planning meetings and events.
· Work with staff members from other departments to coordinate services
What We Look For
· Must possess a High School diploma or GED
· 2 years previous experience in Office Manager, Administrative Assistant and or Customer Service role
· Previous experience in a construction industry or supporting a service branch is preferred
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Well organized with an aptitude in problem solving
· Previous experience in ERP Systems required (Navision ERP experience a plus!)
