Position Summary
All in Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Risk & Administration to join its executive management team. This talented leader will collaborate with the President/CEO and fellow executives to achieve objectives set by the Board of Directors. In this role, the SVP will oversee all aspects of the Credit Union’s Risk Management process, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes and effectively communicating their impact to staff, the Board, and the Supervisory Committee. Additionally, this position will manage assigned credit functions, foster cross-functional teamwork across departments, and actively contribute to the design, research, and development of long-term strategies that drive the Credit Union’s profitability and growth. Above all, the SVP of Risk & Administration will champion the Credit Union’s mission and core values, ensuring they are reflected in every aspect of the organization’s operations.
