Position Summary
US Federal Credit Union is in search of a talented and experienced individual to join the credit union as their next Vice President of Human Resources. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer this position will be responsible for the leadership, direction, and oversight of the human resources department. These duties include hiring, HR compliance, employee relations, and compensation/benefits administration. This position will also work closely with the CEO to build an HR department that provides exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate should be an experienced team builder, with great communication skills, who is highly motivated and strives to make the Credit Union the best place to work. 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, Master’s degree and HR certifications are preferred.
