Position Summary
US Federal Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join their team as Vice President of Credit and Underwriting, playing a key role in driving the growth and success of the organization. This role will ensure the credit union's overall success through all aspects of lending, including mortgage, consumer, commercial, product and loan development, lending support, pricing, underwriting, and portfolio performance. This candidate should provide strategic direction and leadership to their areas of responsibility while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have visionary leadership skills, exhibit excellent communication skills, take initiative, and be self-motivated. A Bachelor's degree and at least eight years of credit and underwriting experience within the credit union or banking industry are required.
