A reputable real estate investment company is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and talented property manager to manage apartment complexes in Camp Hill & Harrisburg , PA. This is a part time contract job of 20 hours work week. Flexible schedule mostly after noon and weekend hours.
Skills: High School diploma (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Minimum of 2 years within the property management industry. Prior supervisory experience in a construction or real estate is desirable.
Responsibilities:
The Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of apartment community operations.
Responsible for maximizing rents, maximizing property cash flow, timely rent collection, expense management practices, filing delinquencies, represent the property at district court, and overall financial performance of the property.
Attend maintenance calls, coordinate with contractors and tenants to address issues in a timely fashion. Manage maintenance supplies, safety measures, resident activities and marketing programs.
Ability to perform minor repairs in the apartment, such as replacing bulbs, smoke detectors, blinds, keeping the apartment exterior looking good.
Manage renovation work to ensure quick turnover and verify preventative maintenance tasks are completed and on schedule.
Weekly inspection of the property and market ready units for curb appeal, safety and over-all condition.
Available for emergencies, on-call duties, resident functions, and weekends.
