We are looking for a a full-time Lathe programmer that must,

• Know how to use all required measuring equipment which includes caliper, gauges, to ensure quality
• Knowledge of metals, part holding fixtures, and lathe/mill tooling
• Experience in Mazak lathe machines is preferred
• Simple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English and complete simple logs and reports in English
• Strong knowledge of machining practices and materials is a must, as is general mechanical knowledge
• Experience - Preferred, Five years of CNC Lathe Setup, programming, and operating
• can program at the machine
• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.

Hours will vary, at this time. Experience will be evaluated during the interview process, if extended.

Pay rate will vary from experience to experience in relative working fields. we are currently offering $20/hr - $25/hr and a re-evaluation a couple of months after hire to see if you have adapted to the learning curve, at which time your hourly rate is re-evaluated as well. Summary

As a CNC Lathe and Mill Programmer, you will be essential in producing precision components by interpreting blueprints and utilizing advanced CNC machinery. Reporting to the Production Manager, your role involves programming and operating CNC lathes and mills, ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards. Your core skills in machining and mechanical knowledge, along with premium expertise in CNC programming and AutoCAD, will drive efficiency and accuracy. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of tooling and precision measuring instruments will enhance collaboration within the team and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
