Office Manager
D&K Powder Coating is seeking a detailed-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and managing blast operation hours and job-specific data, ensuring accurate billing, financial reporting, and supporting the overall efficiency of the blast department. You will work closely with the operations and accounting teams to ensure accurate job margins and commission reports are prepared.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and report the hours worked by the blast operator on a daily and job-specific basis
- Use the Steel Head, ERP system to monitor and track the billed time and margin for each job related to blast operations
- Generate and prepare detailed commission reports for the blast operator based on tracked hours and job margins
- Maintain a clear and organized record of blast hours, job details, and financial metrics
- Collaborate with the operations and accounting teams to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting
- Assist in creating efficiency improvements
- Assist with any other administrative support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to learn production system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments
- Positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
