We are looking to hire a part-time Accounting Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting with accounting related activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information
- General liability and workers compensation review and procurement
- AP & AR Data Entry
- Prepare lien releases for check runs and distribute checks
- Issue PO's, CO's and Subcontract agreements
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform other office tasks (answer multiple phone lines, distribute mail, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Must have construction experience within administrative services
- Proven related work experience
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Self-starter, initiative driven
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to meet daily, weekly, monthly deadlines
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
