D&L is on the lookout for a motivated, hands-on Construction Helper to join our crew! No two days are the same here—you’ll be working alongside a team dedicated to doing great work with safety, reliability, and service at the core of everything we do.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with various tasks on job sites and our shop (think basic repairs, moving materials, clean-up, and more)
- Support our skilled technicians with tools and materials
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
What we are looking for:
- Good attendance with job stability
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Construction experience a plus
- Willing to learn
- Pass a drug test
- Valid driver’s license, no DUI’s in the last three years
