Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction activities, including site preparation, material procurement, and construction execution.
- Ensure that the project adheres to engineering designs, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain construction schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to align activities with the overall project timeline.
- Supervise and provide guidance to on-site personnel, including engineers, inspectors, and contractors.
- Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability among project teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
