What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter, Automotive position at D&M Auto Leasing?
D&M Leasing is a premier leasing company that proudly serves the automotive industry. We’re looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team and play a key role in attracting top talent for our organization. This role will focus on supporting Four Stars Auto Group and other support roles across our entities.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Administer personality assessments and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruiting strategies.
• Conduct regular check-ins with all hiring managers as well as have meetings when a new role is open to get the full scope of the position
• Conduct individual sourcing and proactively identify top talent for various roles.
• Use our Applicant Tracking System (Lever) to track and manage candidates effectively (experience with other ATS systems is a plus).
• Travel to our other locations (DFW or dealership sites) at least once a month to engage with teams and support recruiting efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or a related field.
• Previous experience working for an auto group is highly preferred, but we’re open to candidates from the industry who are eager to learn recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and building lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic understanding of recruiting processes and experience with an ATS system.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
