Recruiter, Automotive

D&M Leasing is a premier leasing company that proudly serves the automotive industry. We’re looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team and play a key role in attracting top talent for our organization. This role will focus on supporting Four Stars Auto Group and other support roles across our entities.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding
• Administer personality assessments and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruiting strategies
• Conduct regular check-ins with all hiring managers as well as have meetings when a new role is open to get the full scope of the position
• Conduct individual sourcing and proactively identify top talent for various roles
• Use our Applicant Tracking System (Lever) to track and manage candidates effectively (experience with other ATS systems is a plus)
• Travel to our other locations (DFW or dealership sites) at least once a month to engage with teams and support recruiting efforts
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or a related field
• Previous experience working for an auto group is highly preferred, but we’re open to candidates from the industry who are eager to learn recruiting
• Strong interpersonal skills and building lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Basic understanding of recruiting processes and experience with an ATS system
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
