What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service BDC Representative- Four Stars Toyota position at D&M Auto Leasing?
Four Stars Toyota is looking to add a Service BDC to our team!
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers warmly as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate department.
-Answer and screen incoming calls for Service Department, schedule service appointments, take messages, and forward important calls to managers.
-Communicate with ASM's about service appointments.
-Communicate with Part Department for part availability.
-Filing and scanning documents along with other light clerical duties.
-Make follow-up calls to customers.
-Assist with other duties and assignments as directed
Qualifications:
-Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
-Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite
-Adhere to company policies and procedures
-Ability to effectively work and communicate with fellow staff members
-Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
-Goal-oriented
-Positive attitude
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Desire and ability to work independently and within a team setting
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Must have a valid Driver's License
-Must pass a background check and drug screen
