Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform new construction residential and commercial settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Execute custodial tasks such as dusting, wiping down surfaces (ceiling fans, cabinets, light fixtures, accessories, closets, ceramic tiles).
- Sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- External/Internal window cleaning and window sills.
- Clean new construction bathrooms and accessories.
- Wipe down and polish kitchen appliances.
- Assist with industrial cleaning projects as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management promptly.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition; ensure proper usage of cleaning products and tools.
- Collaborate with supervisor and team members to achieve efficient cleaning operations while adhering to schedules and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 8 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
