Janitor and Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality service in both commercial and residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks cleanliness in assigned to your area .
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing to .
• Carry out custodial duties in various facilities, ensuring all areas are clean and hygienic.
• Support residential painting projects when required, contributing to the overall aesthetic of the properties.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing processes.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and facility occupants.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or prolonged standing.

3 days a week contract that begins at 5:30 each night.

Each person assigned a floor that is the responsibility. Manpower of 2.5 hours
