Pay: $18.00 per hour starting wage (potential for higher wage based on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 2:15 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., no weekends!
What You'll Do:- Assemble interior and exterior doors with precision and care.
- Measure materials accurately using tape measures for cutting and assembly.
- Operate machinery and equipment like saws, drills, and nail guns safely.
- Inspect finished doors for quality, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and reporting shortages.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Dedication to safety.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Occasional pushing and pulling of carts up to 50 pounds.
