Responsibilities
- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and scope.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather necessary information for estimating.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best pricing.
- Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
