D&M Service Group is a commercial roofing company that sells services to any and all building owners. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various sales methodologies, including B2B and direct sales, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective account management and customer engagement. This role requires a collaborative approach to sales, with an emphasis on upselling and territory management to maximize opportunities within the assigned market. This job will cover the greater Chicago area as well as surrounding towns. This is a commission based position and is only a sales position. No project management needed. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
- Identify new business opportunities and engage in direct sales activities to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer requirements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and effectively communicating their benefits to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Requirements
- Experience in territory sales management is highly desirable but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with construction and specifically roofing is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
- A strong desire to achieve targets and contribute positively to team goals.
This is a great sales position! No door knocking. Leads will be provided. We will train you and equip you with the right tools to close work. Commissions paid when work is awarded, not when paid.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
