Mazak Integrex Machinist
D.P. Tool & Machine, Inc. is a family owned and run small manufacturing business in western New York. Utilizing family and employee talents, the unique nature of the business has been developed through years of close work with the following industries; electric utility, material handling, power transmission, racing, aerospace, defense, medical, optics, food processing, agriculture, textile, automotive, mass transportation and many others. Many of our customers are located throughout upstate NY and northeastern United States. We support JIT and Kanban type deliveries for our customers as needed.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- *GD&T Knowledge and blue print reading
- *Ability to go from art to part; use solid model to develop CNC programs
- *Inspection of 1st piece complex parts
- *Able to develop robust manufacturing processes
- * CreateWork holding and select cutting tools
- *Calculates and programs controls to regulate machining factors such as speed and feed

*Hours: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, Friday 6:00 am to 10:00 am.
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:00 pm to 2:00 am with a paid lunch and 10% differential.
* Mazatrol experience a plus.
* Employment contingent on passing a hair follicle drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
