Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads from various sources including phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communication to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, preferences, and purchasing intentions.
- Schedule appointments for test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and sales consultations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales team members to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide support as needed.
- Provide exceptions customer service and support throughout the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track and report on key performance metrics and outcomes.

Schedule:
- Monday-Saturday with one weekday off
