The Event Coordinator must be able to work:
APRIL 8: 6:00 AM -6:00 PM
APRIL 9: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
APRIL 10: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Set up and breakdown registration tables, auction items, raffle items
- Check in conference registrants (provide badges, directions, etc)
- Assist presenters with PowerPoint slides
Qualifications:
- Previous experience (3 years) in event planning or coordination is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented a must
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to follow instructions and be efficient, and dedicated, with a "can-do" attitude
The Event Coordinator must wear:
- Business Black Suit
- Black shoes
- Black belt
- Hair & Makeup must be camera-ready
- No visible tattoos

Pay: $400.00 - $450.00 per week
