What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at D T McCall And Sons?
This is a customer Service position for the Service Department.
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with every 3rd Saturday 8am to 12pm
Pay range $14-$16
Holiday/vacation after one year.
Insurance is offered after 60 days.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- answering phone calls
- greeting customers
- making service appointments
- email customers about appointments or general information
- learning the knowledge of how products work
- answer questions about the products purchased from DT McCalls
- help with customers who walk in to purchase parts or pick up/drop off appliances
Qualifications:
- basic computer skills - required
- Quick Books (used daily) - preferred
- Service Fusion (used daily) - preferred
- Communications Skills - required
Salary : $14 - $16
