D1 Training Alliance – Sales Manager
D1 Training Alliance is looking for a driven and energetic "Recruiter" (Sales Manager) to lead new member acquisition and help grow our community. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is passionate about fitness, and is motivated to help people transform their lives.
As the point person for new member acquisition, you’ll be responsible for sales, administrative support, and overseeing front desk staff. You’ll play a crucial role in engaging leads, guiding prospects through the sales process, and ensuring every new member feels welcomed and excited to train at D1.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the sales process – engage leads, follow up quickly, and close new memberships.
- Make outbound calls daily with a focus on speed to contact.
- Book free trial workouts and consultations to introduce prospects to D1.
- Accurately log and manage all client interactions.
- Understand client needs and recommend the right membership or service to help them achieve their goals.
- Lead and support front desk staff to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales experience (fitness sales a plus).
- 1 years of customer service experience, ideally in fitness.
- Motivated to help people change their lives through fitness.
- A personal "why" that connects you to the fitness industry.
- Physically fit and dedicated to personal wellness.
- High-energy personality with a passion for engaging with people.
✅ Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of fitness sales experience with a proven track record of success
- 1 year of experience in a boutique fitness concept
- Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales goals
- Bilingual is a major plus!
