Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Strength and Speed Coach at D1 Training located in San Antonio, TX. The coach will be responsible for designing and implementing strength & conditioning programs, coaching athletes, understanding exercise physiology, providing personal training sessions, and focusing on strength training techniques to improve athletic performance.
Qualifications
- Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Physiology, and Strength Training skills
- Coaching and Personal Training experience
- Certification in relevant fitness training programs
- Knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes
- Experience working with athletes of different ages and abilities
