Quality Manager and Risk Safety Manager Will be responsible for ensuring that all logistics operations within the aerospace industry comply with industry regulations and standards for safety and quality. This includes developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, managing quality control processes, and overseeing audits and inspections. Job description Job Duties Ramp-up of Airbus A320 and A220 programs. Airbus on-site (Mobile) and off-site locations (Theodore, Irvington) Dynamic work environment with the ramp-up of both programs and major projects on the logistics activities Train and qualify on major process staying up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and ensuring that all logistics operations are operating within compliance. Update and follow the Operating Procedures/Major process training support related to quality requirements (reception, storage, picking, distribution, shipment, inventory, stock management) Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risk and improve overall safety and quality performance. Perform field monitoring on stations (aircraft) Monitor non-quality costs and customer complaints. Facilitate action plans Participate in operations management to disseminate quality messages Perform audits EN9100/9120 (possibility of training if ISO9001 basis or equivalent mastered) Prepare external audits and ensure compliance of the service with standards Carry out risk analyses.
