Special Projects Coordinator

Job Title Special Projects Coordinator Job Description Summary The Special Projects Coordinator will support the execution of the projects managed by the Engineering and Project team. The tasks will vary from reorganizing parts in racks and shelves, to labelling shelves, conducting time studies, improve 5S in certain areas, and others. During the training period, the Coordinator will also support the management of the projects: data analysis, drafting reports, updating schedules and monitoring timelines. After some training, the role may evolve in the management of small projects, as well as drafting new processes. Job description Scope of Activities: Assisting in developing project strategies; Managing several phases of the projects, such as moving and transferring materials, organizing shelves, implementing tape and other 5S initiatives, etc.; Helping project managers draft proposals and project plans to share with stakeholders; Compiling data, running analyses, and creating reports; Tracking, reporting and communicating on the progress of several projects; With the support of project managers, identifying projects related to continuous improvement, drafting action plans and managing the projects; Auditing the process and flows on the floor, identifying process improvement and drafting updated process; Drafting updated layout to set up new activities; Updating action plans, schedules, and project reports; Supporting any other activity led by the department.
