Job Description
Scope of Activities:
- Assisting in developing project strategies;
- Managing several phases of the projects, such as moving and transferring materials, organizing shelves, implementing tape and other 5S initiatives, etc.;
- Helping project managers draft proposals and project plans to share with stakeholders;
- Compiling data, running analyses, and creating reports;
- Tracking, reporting and communicating on the progress of several projects;
- With the support of project managers, identifying projects related to continuous improvement, drafting action plans and managing the projects;
- Auditing the process and flows on the floor, identifying process improvement and drafting updated process;
- Drafting updated layout to set up new activities;
- Updating action plans, schedules, and project reports;
- Supporting any other activity led by the department.
