What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Coordinator position at D2 Dental Associates?
Hello!
We’re a boutique dental practice led by a husband and wife team, and we're currently looking for an experienced part-time or full-time Front Desk Business Team Member to join our close-knit crew.

- Patient scheduling and record keeping
- Presenting financial treatment plans
- Managing accounts receivable and the recall/re-care system
- Ensuring the front office is organized, clean, and running smoothly
If this sounds like the kind of environment you’d thrive in, we’d love to meet you!

Tuesday 9am-5pm
Wednesday 9am-5pm
Thursday 9am-5pm
Friday 9am-4pm (One Friday per month is 7:30am-2:30pm)
Saturday 8am-2pm
