As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in expanding our global team by identifying, sourcing, and attracting passionate individuals who are committed to shaping the future of the internet. You will work closely with the executive team and department leads to ensure we build a diverse and talented workforce that aligns with our company’s goals. You’d be the first fulltime recruiter to join us, with high career development and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition Strategy : Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of various departments including Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, and more.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from job posting and sourcing to interviews, offers, and on-boarding.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Partner with department heads to define job requirements, assessments (code tests, interview assignments), understand team culture, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Sourcing Top Talent : Use creative sourcing techniques to attract candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and more) and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Candidate Engagement : Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and setting expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Metrics and Reporting : Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to continuously optimize recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding : Assist with building and promoting D3’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent by leveraging social media, events, and partnerships.
- Diversity and Inclusion : Drive initiatives to ensure diversity and inclusion are incorporated into the hiring process, creating a more inclusive environment for all candidates.
- Onboarding : Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have everything they need for success.
