Job Responsibilities :
Initially, the primary responsibilities will pertain to the preparation and prosecution of complex patents while interacting with an impressive team of engineers and scientists. You will have portfolio responsibility dependent upon your experience and technical expertise. As you grow in this role, you will also have the opportunity to deal with all other aspects of technology protection (e.g., due diligence, patent portfolio strategy, enforcement and licensing issues, etc.).
You will work closely with internal researchers and patent professionals relating to extremely important and highly innovative new patent families. Your portfolio assignments and responsibility will grow commensurate with your interests and abilities.
Technology Focus :
- Physics, electrical and mechanical engineering, optics, photonics, lasers, and related devices and systems (i.e., instrumentation, electronic components, firmware, software, etc.)
