We are seeking a dedicated International Inside Sales Representative to join our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding manufacturer in the industrial sector.
This role plays a vital part in bridging the gap between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to manage orders, inquiries, and customer relationships efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and virtual interactions in both English and Spanish.
- Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries, ensuring accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with a problem-solving approach, escalating issues when needed.
- Work closely with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Assist with translating documents and policies for non-English-speaking customers and employees.
- Support the sales team with account management, order tracking, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed support to customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Cold call and email potential clients to generate sales leads.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they are nurtured through the sales process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
