Job Summary

Our Broken Arrow location is searching for talented general machinist to run manual machines. Qualified candidate will produce and repair support equipment for production, and to maintain highest level of efficiencies and compliance with customer specifications.

Duties & Essential Job Functions

• Repairs for LIM tools from Owasso location
• Oversee machine conditioning troubleshooting
• Inspect manufactured parts for conformance to specifications
• Setting up and operating conventional, special-purpose, and numerical control (Nc) machines and machining centers to assist in the manufacture of injection molds and related fixtures
• Verifying conformance of finished work piece to specifications, using precision measuring instruments
• Notify supervisor of excessive defects on any particular component
• Ability to read and understand blue prints and basic math skills
• Receive training to run any and all equipment
• Perform all work safely, following all safety procedures
• Process documentation associated with rework and nonconformance manufactured products
• Operating a manual mill or lathe, six months to a year experience preferred or technical school

• Use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to problems
