Job Overview:
Dabble & Dollop is seeking a skilled and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales platforms and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Shopify website, executing and optimizing ad campaigns across META (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google, and managing email marketing through Klaviyo. The E-Commerce Manager will play a critical role in driving online sales, enhancing customer experience, and increasing overall brand presence. The eCommerce Manager will be the first time we bring this role in-house, representing an opportunity to join a lean team with significant growth on the horizon.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Website Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store, including product uploads, inventory management, and website updates.
- Ensure website performance, user experience, and functionality are optimized for mobile and desktop.
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure product descriptions, images, and promotions are aligned with branding and marketing strategies.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues, coordinating with developers when necessary.
Digital Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across META (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads. Ensure Amazon external partner campaigns align with overall strategy.
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI.
- Analyze advertising performance, report on key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- A/B test creatives and ad copy to refine audience targeting and engagement.
Email Marketing:
- Manage Klaviyo email flows, including automation for customer segmentation, abandoned cart emails, and post-purchase follow-ups.
- Create and send targeted email campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.
- Track email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize for better results.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor key e-commerce KPIs, such as conversion rate, AOV (average order value), traffic sources, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Provide regular reporting on website and campaign performance and suggest actionable insights for growth.
- Use data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track customer behavior and improve the user experience.
SEO & CRO:
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
- Work with the design and development teams to execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
- Keep up to date with e-commerce trends and AI innovations to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate on content strategies for social media and influencer marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven 5-7 years of experience managing Shopify stores and optimizing e-commerce performance.
- Proficiency in digital advertising, particularly on META (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Strong experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in CRO.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Omnichannel Fashion, Food, Wellness or Beauty Direct brand
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for tweaking ad creatives.
- Experience working with third-party apps and plugins to enhance Shopify functionality.
