Dabri, Inc. is looking for an experienced Contract Administrative Assistant with Public Works . If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated Managers and engineers, we're interested in meeting with you.
Job Duties:
- Research existing contract processes within Public Works.
- Research other public agencies who currently have centralized contracting.
- Prepare a report and summarize the findings.
- Provide recommendations on how Public Works can obtain a centralized contracting unit within Public Works.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of contracting experience and knowledge of public agency contracting processes.
- Knowledge of public agency contracting processes and contracting delivery methods
- Effective written and oral communication skills are required to work with all levels of staff, including high level managers.
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work with little supervision
- Capable of multi-tasking; and follow through on all tasks to completion
